Hakuba is located north west of Tokyo. There are 7 resorts in Hakuba valley – Hakuba 47, Goryu-Toomi and the Olympic ski resort of Happo-One at the southern end and Iwatake, Tsugaike, Norikura and Cortina to the north. Each has its own charms and terrain that keeps beginners to experts alike well satisfied. Most are easily accessible by shuttle bus from the village of Hakuba.
